1. Private Duty Care
The
healthiest environment for your elderly loved one is the home- a place of
comfort and familiarity. Unfortunately, you may not be medically qualified to
care for them or you are absent from the home much of the time. We will provide
your loved one with a registered nurse who can be a part of their daily lives
and routines, and be available for any unexpected medical emergency. A
private duty care nurse can become a long-term extension of your family or used
on a temporary position during your absence from vacations or business trips.
You will be much more
productive and secure knowing that a medical professional will be by your loved
one’s side at all times while you are away.
2.
Patient Visits
When a nursing home
is unavoidable we know that being at your loved one's bedside regularly can be
very difficult, if not impossible. This service keeps you in touch with what is
going on when you cannot be there. Your private duty registered nurse (RN) will
be your eyes and ears and perform as your extension while advocating for your
loved one’s best interest. A RN will visit your family member to perform a
complete physical assessment and to review the patient's chart to confirm that
adequate care has been delivered. Once the visit is complete, the Registered
Nurse will contact the family via a full written report.3. Medical/Medicaid Applications
Applications for Medical/Medicaid can seem daunting to any individual. This is especially
true for someone who is making the transition into a nursing home. Our expert staff works with you and your family to
assist with the application process to make sure that all items are complete and to answer questions you may have.
4. Psychological Evaluations And Support

patient's family. Our skillful practitioners will guide you and your family through the transition with a program that is
tailored to meet your family's individual needs.
5. Travel
Accompaniment

accompany you and/or just your loved one to any travel destination or can simply
meet them at the gate and assume responsibility.
